Sulung - 24 is a masterplan project to revitalize Sulung district. Located in Kalimas river-side, this area used to be one of Surabaya most vital areas and center of activities back in 90s. The revitalization strategy focuses on livening up 24/7 the long-forgotten area through creating living, working, and entertainment space.
